Thunderbird gives "server unavailable. 15."

I have a fully patched Exchange 2013 server and the latest Thunderbird IMAP-client.

When the user tries to open some subfolders under inbox he gets an error "The current operation on 'subfolder' did not succeed. The mail server for account user@Exchange responed: Server Unavailbale. 15."

Some subfolders work though and subfolders under the subfolder that cant be opened works.

I found this post but no answer to what the user changed to make it work:

The folder is visible and readable from other clients like Outlook and webmail.

Found a workaround for the problem for one user

If the user copied the mail (via another client or webmail) to another folder and then removed the old folder. Recreated it and then moved the mail back he could see the mail in the folder again.

Hi!

The mailborepairrequest came up with nothing. What protocollogs would you like to see?

If I use the mapitool I can see two things that differs on working folders and non working folders.

Number one: The working folders does not have a creator_sid. It says no domain and no name.

Also this line does not show up on a working folder.

It seems like CU9 fixed the problem at least for one user.

New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox #mailbox-alias# -CorruptionType ImapID

If you turn on IMAP logging in Exchange you can search for "corrupt" in the logs to find these instances.
